Accessibility

Our ticketing staff will be happy to help with any requirements you may have. Please contact Leeds Ticket Hub by email or by phone to chat through any access requirements prior to attending.

Essential Companion Scheme

For all our events, patrons with disabilities and their essential companions may obtain two tickets for the price of one via the Essential Companion Scheme. Relevant documentation must be produced to prove eligibility for the scheme. For further information please contact Leeds Ticket Hub. Unfortunately our online sales software doesn’t currently support the option to purchase discounted tickets online, this is something we are working on providing in the future.

Relaxed performances

Relaxed Performances allow members of the audience to move around freely, leave or enter the auditorium as needed, lights never go completely dark and sound effects are softened. These performances are open to all and are designed to welcome people with an autistic spectrum condition, learning disability, dementia or sensory and communication disorder. We programme relaxed performances into our lunchtime chamber music series, however everyone is welcome to all of our concerts. Please contact us by phone or by email if you’d like to get in touch prior to attending an event.
