This website is run by Leeds International Concert Season, part of Leeds City Council. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

Our ticketing payment path is built and hosted through third party software, Tessitura Network, and ‘skinned’ to look like Leeds Ticket Hub's website. We are working with Tessitura to improve the accessibility of their customer relationship management (CRM) system.

What we’re doing to improve accessibility

We are:

  • Reviewing and updating venue pages to improve structure and readability
  • Ensuring new content meets accessibility standards
  • Working with developers to improve compatibility with assistive technologies
  • Providing staff training on accessible content creation
