Access scheme

Leeds Ticket Hub's Access Scheme supports disabled, D/deaf, and neurodivergent customers in accessing performances at our venues. The scheme currently enables wheelchair users to book accessible seating over the phone and allows eligible customers to book an Essential Companion ticket free of charge when support is needed to attend.

If you are already registered, please contact Leeds Ticket Hub on 0113 376 0318 (phonelines open Mon-Sat, 10am-4pm) to book your tickets.

Relaxed Performances

Relaxed performances are for everyone. They’re designed to especially welcome all who might benefit from a more relaxed environment, including people who are neurodivergent, have sensory and communication
impairments, dementia, or any disabilities.

During relaxed concerts lights stay up, the door remains open, and contrasts of volume are lessened. Audience members may leave and enter the auditorium as needed, move freely, and respond to music as they feel.

View our upcoming relaxed performances. Please contact us by phone or by email if you’d like to get in touch before attending an event.
