A versatile soloist, chamber musician and improviser, Enyuan Khong is committed to promoting music as a tool for connection. She performs regularly in the UK and abroad, including in such major venues as the Barbican, Wigmore Hall and Leeds Town Hall. Recipient of the Stephen Bell Charitable Trust Award and the Ivy Sharp Scholarship, Enyuan is winner of the Ivan Sutton Prize, St James Prize, 2nd Prize at the Virtuoso and Belcanto Competition, string finalist in the Royal Overseas League Competition, and Finalist of the St Martins Chamber Competition, currently postponed due to Covid-19. As a soloist, Enyuan has appeared with the Jenaer Philharmonie, Oxford Philharmonic, Sound Collective Orchestra, Hornton Chamber Orchestra and Oxford Millennium Orchestra in London, Oxford, Prague, Dresden, Weimar, Berlin and Barcelona.  Enyuan is a founding member of the De Beauvoir Piano Trio and has collaborated as a chamber partner with renowned musicians such as Miguel Da Silva, Andreas Frölich, Carole Presland and Ursula Smith. Enyuan also performs in festivals across Europe, most recently as a resident artist of the Britten Pears Foundation, in Encuentro Santander and the Oxford Chamber Music Festival. Enyuan graduated with Distinction from her Masters in Performance at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, and with First Class Honours in German Literature from the University of Oxford. She is grateful for the mentorship and guidance of András Keller, Adrian Brendel,Felix Andrievsky and the late Thomas Brandis.

Described by The Times as a pianist with ‘formidable keyboard skills’, Gamal Khamis completed his formal education at the Royal College of Music, after gaining a degree in Mathematics from Imperial College London. He first performed at the Wigmore Hall at the age of ten, and has since appeared at Carnegie Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, and all over Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand. He has won major prizes at the Royal Over-Seas League Music Competition and the Ferrier Awards, and he has worked with many of Britain’s leading composers. He is a regular contributor to BBC Radio 3 In Tune, where he has performed alongside Sol Gabetta, Vilde Frang and Erwin Schrott. Recent engagements have included concertos by Rachmaninov and Robert Schumann with the Ealing Youth Orchestra and Barnet Symphony Orchestra. This year Gamal will give recitals at Richmond Concert Society, Church Stretton Arts Festival, and the Flatirons Chamber Music Festival in Colorado, USA, and undertake a tour of Odyssey – Words and Music of Finding Home, his narrative recital with the actor Christopher Kent. Christopher and Gamal’s recording of Enoch Arden by Strauss/Tennyson will be released by SOMM Recordings in the summer of 2022. Gamal is a Samling Artist, a member of the award-winning Lipatti Piano Quartet, and member of the Artistic Committee of the Park Lane Group.

Relaxed Performances allow members of the audience to move around freely, leave or enter the auditorium as needed, lights never go completely dark and sound effects are softened. These performances are open to all and are designed to welcome people with an autistic spectrum condition, learning disability, dementia or sensory and communication disorder.
