We are continuing to follow national guidance around managing the impact of Coronavirus in Leeds. A large number of our venues and facilities (including Leeds Town Hall, Carriageworks, Pudsey Civic Hall and Morley Town Hall) as well as all leisure centres, museums, galleries and Leeds College of Music have now closed to the public and will remain so throughout March and April. The safety and wellbeing of staff and the people of Leeds is always our first priority.

LICS events during March and April have now been cancelled. These include:
Sat 21 March – Royal Northern Sinfonia at LTH
Sat 28 March – Orchestra of Opera North at LTH
Tue 31 March – Mahan Esfahani at The Venue, LCM
4 April – The Halle at LTH
4 April  – Best of Brass at Morley Town Hall
11 April  – Orchestra of Opera North (Room on the Broom & The Highway Rat) at LTH
14 April – Endellion Quartet at The Venue, LCM
23 April – Manchester Collective at LTH
25 April – City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra
25 Apr – Best of Brass at Morley Town Hall

For the avoidance of doubt, Lunchtime concerts at LTH Mondays and LCM Wednesdays are also cancelled until end of April.

If you paid by credit or debit card payment will be refunded directly to your bank account.

If you paid by direct debit, cash, cheque or LICS voucher, payment will be credited to your Leeds City Centre Box Office account. This enables you to contact us and direct us as to how you would like your money refunded to you. It is designed to avoid our customers being contacted and asked over the phone for bank information at a time of increased risk of customers being scammed.

If you have any immediate queries please contact boxoffice@leeds.gov.uk  and allow our team to either respond via email or call you back. Should this not be possible, please do call the team on 0113 376 0318, but please be prepared for a short wait due to the volume of calls.

LICS events in May and June are currently being reviewed on a weekly basis. Announcements will be made in due course via email and on our website and social media channels.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support during these unprecedented times. We look forward to welcoming you back to our events in the future.
